What kind of courses are offered at Sonosite Institute?
Sonosite Institute features a wide array of ultrasound courses for more than 60 specialties, including the eFAST exam, lung and cardiac imaging, opioid reduction strategies, nerve block techniques, and much more. You can filter the courses by your specialty as well.
How long does it take to complete each course?
The time it takes to complete a course varies. Each course includes an introduction, pre-test, lessons, mid-test, post-test, and additional resources.

How do I register for Sonosite Institute?
To gain full access to Sonosite Institute, register with your Sonosite system’s serial number here. Please note that your device must have an active warranty.
Where can I find my Sonosite system’s serial number?

I entered all the information on the registration page, but nothing happened. Now what?
You will receive a confirmation email that includes a one-time use link to set up your password. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder.
If the confirmation email is not in your spam folder, there might be something wrong with the Sonosite system serial number you entered. The Sonosite system serial number should be a series of six letters and numerals.
I am not yet a Sonosite customer. How can I access Sonosite Institute?
Long-term access to Sonosite Institute is included with a Sonosite system purchase at no extra charge.
Who do I contact if I am interested in purchasing a Sonosite ultrasound system?

Sonosite Institute Course Certificates
Where can I find course certificates for courses I have passed?
From the menu under your name in the top right corner, select My Courses, and then select Completed Courses. You will see the course(s) you have attempted and completed, including the associated certificate(s).
Why is there no record of my pre-test or mid-test scores?
Members are welcome to take the pre-tests and mid-tests as many times as they wish, but Sonosite Institute only records successfully completed course certificates. The requirement to earn a course certificate is an 80% or higher on a course post-test.
